Pithavajal village, believed to have been established by Raiyabhai Desai according to available historical references, is home to one of its most respected and longstanding families – The Desai House.

Today, The Desai House is home to Bhargav Desai and his family. Bhargav Desai represents the new generation of this distinguished lineage. He has two sons, Granth and Parv, who carry forward the family’s proud heritage.

Bhargav’s father, Hasmukhbhai Desai, is actively engaged in farming as well as the trading of agricultural products. Agriculture is our traditional family occupation, and the Desai family has remained deeply connected to it for generations.

His grandfather, Manubhai Desai, served as the Sarpanch of the village and is remembered for his commendable contributions to society. During his tenure, he undertook several welfare initiatives, including providing free residential plots to economically weaker sections, reflecting the family’s deep-rooted commitment to social service.

In the present day, Bhargav Desai has expanded the family’s footprint beyond agriculture. Alongside agricultural commodity trading, he is also involved in industrial ventures in Ahmedabad, establishing himself as a progressive young businessman.
